In the Waiting

God is so good to us. We announced our upcoming mission to the church yesterday and there “just so happened” to be a missionary family with 3 children visiting. It was such a blessing to be able to spend some time with them and to have them pray for us as they are familiar with many of the struggles and adventures we will experience.

This blog is probably not thrilling for people to read at this point since we aren’t on the ground yet. Right now the team in SA is trying to find some good guidance on the visa process. We want to do things right, but sometimes that means it will take more time. I will keep the blog up-to-date as things start progressing.

As for now, in our season of waiting we will start fundraising and we greatly desire your prayers, love and support.

Maybe I can convince Nick to write a blog post... Keep a look out for it!
