Visa Delay

Well, our visas did not process in time, so we are not flying out today. We are feeling really ok with it. People have been really sweet in reaching out to check up on us, but we're fine. I am surprised at how ok I am actually. There is just so much peace in surrender. Honestly, we would have had a crazy scramble these past few days in order to be ready to fly, and now we get to slow down a bit, so it's sort of a relief in that way. As for our new date, it is not set, but should not be far off. Our visas are in the final stage of the review process, so we are hoping to have them this week, maybe next week. We and our hosts already had other plans made with the thought that we would be in South Africa tomorrow, so it seems that a March departure is not going to happen. God is good, and we trust His timing. We can think of several reasons why we have been "delayed" and suspect God has about one hundred more.

In the meantime, we are continuing to raise the funds needed to carry out our mission. We are about 45% funded at the moment.
